First of all, the maintenance of friction clutch. The maintenance of the friction clutch is mainly to reduce the wear of the friction plate and prevent oil or water from dripping on the friction plate. The abnormal rotation of the friction clutch is often caused by the wear of the friction plate or the dripping of oil. In order to reduce wear, stop or do not start the friction clutch when it is not necessary. When starting the clutch, the cam paddle must pass through the dead center and be able to stop. However, when loosening, the cam should leave the parking position and cannot press the friction disc. When the friction plate is worn, it needs to be adjusted. The adjustment method is to extract the pin on the clamping ring, move the clamping ring to the right, so that the pin moves to the new hole position, and the cam is close to the pressure plate. The sliding of the friction plate may be due to too much oil penetrating into the friction clutch from the ball bearing. In order to avoid this phenomenon, it is not appropriate to add too much oil when refueling. If too much oil is found, it must be removed and cleaned with volatile oil or kerosene.
The second thing to talk about is the maintenance of the brake. The maintenance of the brake should be based on the wear degree of the brake band, and the brake band should be tensioned regularly. The tightening method is to use the nut with the end bolt and the spring bolt holding the brake belt to adjust. After adjustment, make sure that the brake band does not rub against the brake ring when it is stopped, but there should be no large gap (it should not be greater than 1.5mm). During work, pay attention not to make the grease stick on the brake band.
Third, about the maintenance of the control system. The maintenance of the control system is mainly to regularly check, lubricate and eliminate dirt, so that all connecting parts are flexible. When the pull rod is bent or tilted, it should be adjusted in time. When the movable shaft of the brake handle is worn, it should be replaced in time to avoid excessive travel due to excessive clearance between the shaft and the shaft hole.
The fourth is to introduce the maintenance of gear and chain transmission. The maintenance of gear and chain transmission device is mainly to regularly check, clean dirt and add oil. For gear drives, the correctness of the gear distance must also be checked. For chain drives, the tightness of the chain tension must also be checked.
Fifth, the maintenance of ball bearings. The ball bearings must be regularly checked and lubricated. If there is dirt, they must be cleaned. If the oil seal of the ball bearing is of poor quality, the lubricating oil will be extruded from the bearing body. In case of this phenomenon, it should be handled immediately. If the temperature of the bearing exceeds 40 ℃, it may be caused by incorrect assembly of the bearing, too tight bearing cover, or shaft deflection during installation. If the bearing is not assembled correctly, it must be adjusted with brass leather pad; The shaft is skewed and can be adjusted under the bearing seat. In addition, it must be noted that the nuts on the bearing bolts should be fastened.
The sixth point is to check the machine at regular intervals. After using the machine for about 14 days, be sure to check all parts.
