During the operation of the drilling rig, the measuring instruments should be used correctly. If it is found that the drilling deviates from the design trajectory, it should be corrected in time. After the completion, cooperate with the crew to expand the hole. Now let's take a look at the relevant operating specifications:
1. During drilling
① The operator should pay attention to the information from the wireless probe and measure the position of the drill bit.
② When the direction needs to be adjusted, the power head stops rotating, adjusts the direction of the inclined drill plate to the required direction, only feeds without rotating, receives the signal through the ground receiver, and continues drilling after the direction is correct.
③ When the drill pipe needs to be connected, rotate, start the loading and unloading device to extend the drill pipe, and then continue drilling.
④ Operate the instrument according to the use specification of the measuring instrument, put the probe into the probe box, turn on the receiver and the synchronous display, and move the probe to check whether the instrument is normal. Connect the probe box with the inclining bit and connect it to the drill pipe, start the mud system to deliver drilling fluid, and check whether the bit nozzle is unblocked.
⑤ During deviation drilling, do not make the drilling tool turn sharply, and there should be more measuring points. During fixed-point measurement, the driller operates the power head to rotate and monitors it through the synchronous display, so that the return angle indication stops at 12 o'clock, measures the depth of the vertex (inclination) of the drill bit, and determines whether the next step is rotary drilling or deflecting and jacking (according to the depth requirements). If it deviates from the design trajectory, it should be corrected in time. When the indication stops at 12 o'clock, the drill bit tilts upward, and so on.
⑥ When the deviation reaches the design depth, start horizontal drilling. At this time, pay attention to monitoring and do not deviate from the design track left and right. When the horizontal drilling length is completed, start the outlet deflecting drilling, and control the operation until the calibrated surface excavation point is drilled.
⑦ After the completion of the pilot hole, remove the bit probe box at the outlet end, connect the reaming bit, transfer gear, pull the pipe head (nozzle line), and start dragging and laying the pipe. The hole can also be reamed in place step by step according to the hole diameter and formation.
⑧ When one drill pipe ends to add drill pipe during drilling, clamp the lower drill pipe with the front clamp, and the power head reverses to shackle. Pay attention to the floating distance of the power head when loading and unloading the lever buckle. When making up, the power head should be in the sliding rod position to ensure that the power head moves forward automatically when making up. During shackle, the power head is in front of the sliding rod to ensure that the power head automatically moves backward during shackle.
⑨ Apply thread oil to the short joint thread of the drill pipe every time it is connected and replaced. Remove the thread sediment with a steel brush before connecting and installing the drill pipe to prevent the damage of the drill pipe thread.
⑩ When pulling a drill pipe back, remove the upper and lower drill pipe buckles. First, use the drill pipe to support and stabilize the drill pipe, then use the front and rear clamps to clamp the upper and lower drill pipe joints respectively, operate the shackle cylinder to loosen the lower joint buckle of the drill pipe, then loosen the rear clamp, reset the shackle cylinder, reverse the power head to complete the shackle, and then use the rear clamp to clamp the lower joint, reverse the power head to unscrew the upper joint buckle, and then remove the drill pipe.
2. After drilling, prepare for reaming
① The operator shall cooperate with the crew to select the appropriate back reaming bit and the amount of each feed according to the diameter and type of pipe laying, soil layer and groundwater level, and back ream once or multiple times until the predetermined hole diameter is reached.
② When the reaming reaches the required hole diameter, install the universal joint, connect the pipe laying, and expand the tube back until the end.
③ During expansion operation, operators should correctly select and match drilling fluid and determine the flow of drilling fluid.
④ In the process of pulling back and reaming, it is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient drilling fluid in the hole. In case of abnormal conditions during back dragging and reaming, such as sticking, blocking of water and gas path, sudden change of rotation and back dragging pressure, and changes in ground and structures, the machine shall be shut down immediately for inspection and analysis, and excavation and inspection shall be carried out if necessary.
⑤ When starting the rotary feed mechanism, ensure that the drill pipe support mechanism is in the fully retracted position to avoid danger.
⑥ In the process of reaming and pipe laying, the main machine operator cannot operate the drill without operating instructions, and stops the machine when unloading the guide bit, connecting the reaming bit and the transfer case.
