Regulations on shutdown operation and exception elimination of horizontal directional drilling rig

After the completion of reaming and pipe laying, the horizontal directional drilling rig shall be maintained, and the site shall be cleaned and the landform restored in time. 1. Shutdown operation

① After the completion of reaming and pipe laying, according to the work arrangement of the person in charge on site, recover the drill pipe and drilling tools, remove the anchoring device, and drive the horizontal directional drilling rig to the designated position.

② When stopping drilling for measurement, stop conveying drilling fluid into the hole.

③ According to the equipment maintenance regulations, clean the whole vehicle, remove the soil and oil dirt first, and then lubricate it to keep the equipment clean.

2. Clean up the site and restore the landform

(1) After the operation, clean the site in time, withdraw equipment and tools, and restore the landform.

(2) When retracting the mast, first connect the power head bracket with the mast sliding frame with a pull rod, drop the tower oil cylinder, slide the mast upward, and insert the locating pins connected on both sides of the mast and the mast sliding frame.

(3) After the completion of the project, carry out routine inspection of drilling tools, mainly including:

① Whether there are cracks in the weld of the back expansion head;

② Whether the connecting pin shaft and split pin of the transfer case are worn and cracked;

③ Whether the back expansion nozzle is blocked;

④ Whether the drill thread has sliding thread and wear;

⑤ Whether the back expansion head has obvious deformation;

⑥ Whether the transfer case rotates flexibly.

3. Provisions on the elimination of abnormal conditions

(1) In case of rock or coarse sand layer during drilling, it should be slowly fed in. Once the drill is stuck, immediately start the emergency stop device, stop drilling, troubleshoot or select a rock breaking drill bit to drill again.

(2) In case of sudden change of advancing or rotating pressure, no signal of probe, unchanged signal, sudden change of signal, blocked water and gas, etc. during drilling, the machine shall be shut down immediately to analyze and find out the cause.

(3) When the soil layer is hard, choose whirling or scraper type reamer; The size of the reamer shall be 1.2-1.5 times the diameter of the pipe laying.

(4) The jacking or stopping of the pipe shall be subject to the signal sent by the head of the tool pipe. In case of failure of the jacking system, a signal should be sent to the operator at the head of the tool tube for timely treatment. It is strictly forbidden to operate with failure.
