1. The gap increases. Increasing the distance between the core components of the host will increase the leakage during drilling and reduce the efficiency of the equipment. 2. Increased wear. Under normal circumstances, the operation of the machine will inevitably bring wear. Under normal circumstances, the wear will be reduced a lot because of the lubrication of lubricating fluid, but the long-term high-speed operation will expand the degree of wear and cause the wear and damage of other main components.

3. Deformation of components. As the core component of the rotary drilling rig, the internal components of the main machine of the rotary drilling rig have been in a high temperature and high pressure environment for a long time. In addition, the high-speed operation will inevitably cause deformation over time. At the same time, dust and impurities gradually accumulate in the machine. After long-term operation, it may cause component deformation and clearance increase, and in serious cases, the host may be stuck.

4. Components are damaged. The vulnerable parts of the main machine of the rotary drilling rig mainly include: various gaskets, sealing rings, shaft oil seals, etc. among them, the shaft oil seal has been in the environment of high temperature, high pressure and high-speed operation for a long time, which greatly shortens its service life. Once it is damaged, it will cause oil leakage of the rotary drilling rig. If it is found late, it is likely to cause the Yin and Yang rotors and bearings to be burned due to lack of lubrication.

5. Cost increases. The rotary drilling rig has not been overhauled for a long time, which will leave a large amount of impurities generated by wear inside the equipment, resulting in:

(1) Shorten the service life of lubricating fluid;

(2) Shorten the service life of oil filter element and air filter element;

(3) Increase friction, reduce drilling efficiency and increase cost.
