The temperature of the bearing parts of the power head and the gearbox should not be higher than 60°C, and the temperature of the oil in the oil tank of the hydraulic system should not be higher than 80°C. Otherwise, stop the machine for inspection and eliminate the cause. cause of overheating.

3. Listen to the running sound of each moving part at any time. If there are abnormal sounds such as violent vibration, knocking sound, screaming, etc., stop the machine immediately for inspection and treatment. If there is oil leakage at each seal, it should be stopped in time to deal with it.

4. Lubricate according to the lubrication requirements.

5. All fasteners should always be kept firm and reliable without loosening.

6. The maintenance work of the diesel engine should refer to its instruction manual.

7. Regularly replace the oil return filter element and hydraulic oil as required.

8. Pay attention to the change of the hydraulic oil level. When the hydraulic oil is lower than 2/3 of the liquid level gauge, it should be replenished in time.
