1. Preparation before drilling

Clean the drilling rig, check whether the drilling rig is damaged during transportation, and whether the bolts and oil circuit joints are loose; check the diesel engine, water, engine oil, and diesel oil; check the mud pump oil; check whether the power head oil and hydraulic oil are missing, and check the butter Add butter to the mouth, check whether lubricating oil or water needs to be added to all other parts that need to be lubricated or cooled, and add thread oil to the threaded thread of the drill bit; connect the oil pipe, water pipe, and circuit; drill tools and tools are stacked neatly ; Above the power station, no tools and sundries can be placed near the moving parts of the machine; prepare water for mud.

2. Rig start

Turn on the power switch; unlock, press and hold the start button, the diesel engine starts; release it immediately after the diesel engine starts; wait for the diesel engine to start and run for five minutes before loading. Gradually increase the throttle, the diesel engine runs at high speed, adjust the throttle with the tachometer according to the pointer, and listen to the tone without the gauge.

3. Drilling guide hole operation

Adjust the included angle of the guide rail and replace the oil pipe. Connect the drill pipe, guide the drill bit, and tighten.

Specific steps: Turn on the mud pump—rotate forward—feed (or find the hour to feed)—stop feeding—stop forward rotation—turn off the mud pump—clamp forward—drag back 3 cm—reverse Turn—back dragging—fast back dragging—forward rotation—quick back dragging stop—backward dragging stop—add drill pipe—feed—feeding stop—forward rotation stop—front gripper release.

4. Reaming and cleaning operations

After the pilot hole is drilled through, stop drilling. Stop the machine, use 2 pipe wrench and afterburner to remove the pilot drill bit, connect the reaming drill bit and the female pulling nose, back expand the two drill pipes, exit the reaming bit, connect the transfer case, the male pulling nose, the drill Rod, tie the drill pipe with a thick hemp rope and pull it tight. Pull the drill bit back into the hole and then rotate forward to ream.

The reaming operation steps are as follows: Turn on the mud pump—rotate forward—drag back—stop dragging back—stop forward rotation—turn off the mud pump—clamp front—clamp back—reverse—reverse Stop—shackle—forward—forward stop—release—reset—reverse—reverse stop—rear clamp—reverse—release—back drag— —Take the drill pipe—back drag stop—feed—fast feed—forward rotation—fast feed stop—feed stop—forward rotation stop—front release.

When unloading the drill pipe, a drill pipe is connected to the opposite exit at the same time. After dragging the drill bit back out of the hole, remove the drill bit, and do the second reaming...cleaning the hole.

After cleaning and reaming the hole to the required caliber, the hole can be cleaned one or more times according to the situation in the hole. It is also possible not to do clear holes. The cleaning operation and the reaming operation are exactly the same.
