Check the hydraulic oil level before starting the machine. If it is low dry, add hydraulic oil to the centerline. In places with harsh environment (dust, wind and sand), the air filter element (air pump, oxygen) is often cleaned up, and the dust in the pre filter element is cleaned up every day. The liquid level of the auxiliary water tank can be investigated, and the antifreeze shall be filled in time when it is lower than the lower line; When checking the main water tank, park the equipment in a flat place, and check the antifreeze before cold start (there is pressure in the water tank at high temperature to avoid soup injury).
The horizontal directional drilling rig will vibrate during operation, and the joints that do not reach the torque will become loose after a long time. Through manual inspection, visually check whether there is oil leakage at the oil pipe joints. When the drilling rig is operating, the oil pipes will move with the pressure, which will cause external wear (metal holes or corners) for a long time; In addition, the hydraulic pipe will age with the operation hours of the drilling rig. Always check the wear and aging of the hydraulic pipe, and replace it early to prevent pipe explosion.
The output tension and torque of the trenchless drilling rig are a certain share. The key is that the share of these two parameters should be appropriate. It also depends on the driving mode and structure of the drilling rig. The driving structure determines the power conversion of the drilling rig into the output ability and output efficiency of the drilling rig. The power of the mud pump of some small drilling rigs should also be provided by the same engine. The mud pump of large drilling rigs generally has an independent power source. Therefore, When selecting a drilling rig, pay attention to the power source of the mud spring. If it is also driven by an engine, consider the matching and distribution of this part of power.
Dry trenchless drilling rigs are operated continuously.
