② When it is necessary to adjust the direction, the power head stops rotating, adjusts the direction of the inclined drill bit plate to the required direction, only feeds but does not rotate, and receives the signal through the ground receiver, and continues drilling after the direction is correct.
③ When the drill pipe needs to be connected, rotate it, start the loading and unloading device to extend the drill pipe, and then continue drilling.
④ Manipulate the instrument according to the usage specification of the measuring instrument, put the probe into the probe box, turn on the receiver and synchronous display, and move the probe to check whether the instrument is normal. Connect the probe box with the deflection drill bit and connect it to the drill pipe, start the mud system to deliver the drilling fluid, and check whether the nozzle of the drill bit is unblocked.
⑤ Do not make the drilling tool take a sharp bend during deflection drilling, and the measuring points should be more correspondingly. During fixed-point measurement, the driller rotates the power head and monitors it through the synchronous display, so that the rotation angle indicator stops at 12 o’clock, measures the depth of the top (inclination angle) of the drill bit, and determines whether the next step is rotary drilling or deflection jacking (according to Depth requirements), if it deviates from the design track, it should be corrected in time. When the indication stops at 12 o'clock and is going on, the drill bit will ramp up, and so on.
⑥ After the deflection reaches the design depth, start horizontal drilling. At this time, pay attention to monitoring and do not deviate from the design trajectory left or right. When the horizontal drilling length is completed, the exit build-up drilling is started, and the manipulation is controlled until the calibrated surface excavation point is drilled.
⑦ After the pilot hole is completed, remove the drill bit probe box at the outlet, connect the reaming bit, transfer case, pull the pipe head (connect the pipe line), and start to drag the pipe back, or ream the hole step by step according to the hole diameter and formation .
⑧ When a drill pipe is added to the drill pipe during drilling, the lower drill pipe is clamped with the front clamp, and the power head reverses to break out. Pay attention to observe the floating distance of the power head when loading and unloading the rod buckle. When buckling up, the power head should be at the slide bar position to ensure that the power head moves forward by itself when buckling up. When breaking out, the power head is in the front position of the slide bar to ensure that the power head moves backward automatically when breaking out.
⑨ For the drill pipe pup joint thread, apply thread oil every time it is connected, and use a steel brush to remove the thread sand and sand before connecting the drill pipe to prevent damage to the drill pipe thread.
⑩ When dragging back a drill pipe, the upper and lower drill pipe buckles must be removed. First, use the drill pipe support to stabilize the drill pipe, then use the front and rear clamps to clamp the upper and lower drill pipe joints respectively, operate the shackle cylinder to loosen the lower joint of the drill pipe, then release the rear clamp, and the shackle cylinder resets After the power head is reversed and the shackle is completed, the lower joint is clamped with the rear clamp, and the power head is reversed to unscrew the upper joint buckle to remove the drill pipe.
