Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine Construction Precautions

Before the Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine is put into operation for the first time, you should read the manufacturer’s instructions provided to make the layout, performance and purpose of the main components clear. It is necessary to carefully check the large cutter head with large oil in the reducer, the reducer oil of the screw machine and Gearbox gear oil, and add lubricating oil in strict accordance with the specifications and models required by the manual, and replace it regularly.

Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine should control the position of the pile according to the data given by the design when measuring and setting out. When setting the line stakes of the pipe jacking machine, the center line should be released, and it should be marked after the setting is completed. For the laying of the construction line, the exact position and size of the sending and receiving pits should be carefully checked.

After the Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine arrives at the construction site, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be checked first. If the hydraulic oil is not enough, use an electric oil filter to refuel, and add it to the specified scale as required. After refueling, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank must be filtered repeatedly through the oil filter. Generally, the filtering time of hydraulic oil in the whole oil tank should not be less than 24 hours. In addition, after each section of pipeline is completed, a minimum of 12 hours of circulating filtration of the hydraulic oil tank is also required.
